Management
Joe Bailey, President
Joe Bailey founded Child's Play Technologies in the winter of 2001. The goal and name
of the company was inspired by many client meetings while a employed by IBM, iXL and Circuit City.
Many times meetings consisted of bringing highly
technical and non-techical individuals together. This caused distress on the behalf of both parties
because the knowledge was based on two different specialties. It
was Joe's job to connect the two, almost act like a translator. Joe's success carried through
with projects for companies such as British Airways, Hallmark, NBA, NFL and Pitney Bowes.
Child's Play Technologies grew during the dotcom bust. Joe believes the secret to this success is
listening and processes. Joe is infamous for templates. Why should you the client or anyone else duplicate
any effort. Therefore, our goal is to build a foundation for knowledge and information which will not
only help you but all clients. This concept has proven to reduce project times, questions, and client tasks.
In his private life, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Golf and working out are
two of his favorite hobbies.
